MagEase Powder provides 300mg of magnesium (as magnesium citrate) in each one teaspoon serving. Magnesium is a critical mineral for a variety of biochemical processes throughout your body. While it is true to find it in leafy green vegetables, whole grains, nuts and seeds – the fiber and phytate content of grains, nuts and seeds makes it difficult for the body to absorb the magnesium (unless meticulously prepared in traditional ways that neutralize the phytate).
