This is where you'll actually create your account and get your username and password. Then, and only then, for step two, you can head over to the app store or Google Play and download the DJN app. Got it? Web first, then app. That's the secret sauce. Okay. So you've done the hard part. Now it's time for your first login. This is where you really start to take control. So when you open up the app for the very first time, you're gonna land right here on your today's dashboard, and you'll see there's already a plan loaded in there for you. Now don't worry if it doesn't look exactly like what you thought it would. This is just a default placeholder, and you're about to make it your own. Okay. Let's talk about those defaults because this is a big one. You'll probably see that your start date is set for two weeks from now, and you might see a generic fasting plan. Again, do not panic. That's just a default setting to give you some breathing room. It is not your actual plan. You're in complete control here. All you have to do is tap into the settings, change that start date to today, and bam, your true personalized plan will pop right in. Easy as that. Now that you're all set up, let's get into the good stuff. Your simple daily habit. We call it the trio of success. And you're gonna love this. Your daily habit is as simple as one, two, three. Seriously, there's no calorie counting, no weighing your food, none of that tedious stuff. This is all about getting quick, powerful insights that actually mean something.
