Shipping & Delivery
All orders placed with New Metabolism Inc. and NewMetabolismStore.com are shipped via FedEx with no exceptions. We make every effort in our power to ship all orders placed before Noon PST, Monday – Friday of that same day it was received. Orders placed after Noon PST Monday – Thursday will ship the next business day. Orders placed Friday after Noon PST through Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
If there is a national holiday on a business day, your order will be shipped the next regular business day. So, for example, if you place an order at 4pm on Friday and there is a national holiday on that following Monday, your order will not ship until Tuesday.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the speed of the shipping option you chose, plus the weight of the items. In accordance with FedEx shipping rates, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound. As a flat rate range, most packages ship for $8-11 in additional shipping fees.
PLEASE NOTE: At our discretion, your order may be sent with a required received signature.
You will be notified of this before your shipment is sent. If this is the case with your order, it is in your best interest to ensure that someone is at the delivery address you provided for someone to receive it.
Returns & Refund Policy.
Any open or unopened item may be returned for any reason within 21 days of the arrival of your product. There is a 10% handling and restocking fee on all returns. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned product. No refunds will be issued for the original shipping costs and you are responsible for return shipping expenses.
To receive a refund, all items must be sent back and received by us (even if the items are empty you must return the containers they came in). In order to prevent fraud, refunds will not be processed without the supplement bottles.
How to Request a Refund:
Send an email to email@example.com with (RETURNS) in the subject field. The following must be included in this message to obtain a refund authorization number.
a) Date of your order
b) Your original invoice number
c) The items you plan on returning
d) A description on why you are returning that/those items
e) How you would like the credit to be issued (to your credit card, NM future credit, exchange)
There are a few items that are not returnable or refundable. These include all probiotics, protein & health bars.
As soon as we review your request, you will receive a message from us if additional questions need to be answered or a statement that the matter has been resolved.
